BND runs Quality Assurance System and Web Feedback System for product reliability and to meet customers’ needs.

BND’s Quality Assurance Team consists of technical advisory committee; test tool development group; research group; tester group. Quality Assurance system is applied from the beginning of product plan to the end of product release to keep products’ best quality.

All BND's customers will be admitted to Issue Tracking System which delivers their requests or found problems directly to the development group to reflect.
